PaedDr. Ivana Štíbrová

Ivana Štíbrová had been working as a fellow at the Department of Music Education of Pedagogical Faculty, Charles University in Prague (choral conducting, music didactics). She was a principal conductor of the Mixed Choir of PedF of Charles University in Prague, whith whom she won a number of prestigious awards at international choral festivals and competitions. Since 1999, took the lead female choir Iuventus paedagogica, where still was working as a voice consultant, solo singer and a second conductor. This choir performed more than 700 concerts at home and in 17 European countries and is laureate of twelve prestigious European choir competitions. In 2005 she was awarded for its successful choirmaster activity national conductor award – Prize of Ferdinand Vach. Ivana Štíbrová is regular member of the jury of national and international choir competitions in Czech Republic.
