The junior group of La Musica choir consists of children aged 7 to 16. The current lineup's achievements include winning the Cup of the Minister of National Education, the Cup of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Special Award of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Cup of the President of the Main Board of the Polish Choirs and Orchestras Union, the Special Award of the Unofficial Jury, the Golden Kamerton, and the Grand Prix at the 41st Nationwide A Cappella Children and Youth Choirs Competition in Bydgoszcz. Additionally, they received the Golden Diploma and the Special Award at the VIII International Festival of Choral Music Cantantes Lubliniensis, as well as Recognition and the Grand Prix of the Polish Choral Artistry in 2023. This is the group's first visit outside of Poland, which makes being here even more special for them.
Joanna Knap

Joanna Knap is the conductor of the La Musica Choir. A long-standing member of the ensemble, she has been associated with the choir since 2007, initially as a chorister and, since 2021, as a conductor. She made her debut with the junior group as a conductor in November 2021 at the XL Nationwide A Cappella Children and Youth Choirs Competition in Bydgoszcz. Joanna is the recipient of the Special Award for a Conductor at the 41st Nationwide A Cappella Children and Youth Choirs Competition in Bydgoszcz. A multiple recipient of the Rector's Scholarship at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, she was awarded the title of Best Graduate of the University in 2023. She also received the President of the City of Lublin Award for active participation in Lublin's cultural life and the promotion of choral music.
